RA 209 - Radiologic Science III3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: RA 208 . Corequisite: RA 250 Lecture Hrs. 2 Lab Hrs. 1
This course is intended to educate the student and ensure mastery of circuitry and components of radiographic equipment, including x-ray production, as well as advanced principles and components of image quality and technique selection, and equipment quality management. The student will apply knowledge with laboratory experiences and demonstrate overall mastery of imaging factors with completion of Capstone exams. The student will demonstrate retention and application of concepts of atomic theory, electromagnetism, and image production from prerequisite courses.
