LM 101 - Utility Line Worker Field Experience I

This course provides supervised practical applications of electrical overhead line worker job duties in a setting under direct supervision. Emphasis is on essential skills to safely set, frame, and climb wood poles. The course establishes foundational skills for operating a line truck and a digger derrick. The course introduces rigging skills, wire identification, and use of rubber goods along with maintenance and testing processes in distribution circuits.
