MG 262 - Entrepreneurial and Small Business Management

This course provides the necessary information to organize, operate, and control a small business enterprise. Students will learn the process of starting a new business venture and learn how to apply the concepts and skills to successfully maintain an existing business. Students will learn how to prepare a business plan in order to bring business ideas to fruition as a successful entrepreneur.
