A laboratory course: 3 hours lecture and 2 hours laboratory work each week. An anatomy-physiology course that examines the general plan of body cells, tissues, and five major systems. Includes the function of integumentary, skeletal, muscular, nervous systems and somatic and special senses. A laboratory course designed to unify basic concepts of inorganic and organic chemistry to bring about a better understanding of the structure and function of the human body as relevant to health care.
