ED 205 - Intro to Educational Psychology3 Credit Hours Prerequisite: ED 104 This course will provide students with a deeper understanding of learning theories and theorists that can be applied
to teaching and learning. Topics include intelligence, individual differences in learning, student engagement, how
people retain learning, instructional approaches, student engagement and motivation, and assessment. A clinical
experience is required as part of the course completion and each student must complete 50 hours of clinical
experience. This is course meets the West Virginia Grow Your Own Pathway to Teaching program standards. This is
