Fall 2021

April 13: Summer and Fall 2021 priority registration for Veterans and students currently served by the Office of Disability Services

April 14 - 15: Summer and Fall 2021 early registration for all currently enrolled students begins

April 20: Open registration for Summer and Fall 2021. New students may register on campus or by contacting a Student Services Specialist at 304.896.7100.

July 12: Financial aid priority completion deadline for the Fall 2021 term (16-week (full term) and 1st 8-week (alternate term)) classes

After July 12: Financial aid processing will continue, but students who submit required documentation after this date are not guaranteed their financial aid will be processed in time to avoid being dropped for nonpayment. Students who submit required documentation after this date may be able to register for alternate term (12-week and 2nd 8-week) classes.

August 9: Academic Affairs Convocation

August 9 - 11: 16-week (full term) and 1st 8-week (alternate term) final registration period

August 11: 16-week (full term) and 1st 8-week (alternate term) last day to register. Deadline for payment of all tuition and fees is 5:00 PM. Students with a remaining unpaid balance are dropped for non-payment.

After August 11: Students may register ONLY for 12-week and 2nd 8-week (alternate term) classes through the last business day prior to the start of the class. Late registration fees do not apply to alternate term classes.

August 16: 16-week (full term) classes begin

August 16: 1st 8-week (alternate term) classes begin

August 16 - 17: 1st 8-week (alternate term) schedule adjustment period for currently enrolled students ONLY (no new registrations / schedules for alternate term 1st 8-week classes)

August 16 - 19: 16-week (full term) schedule adjustment period for currently enrolled students ONLY (no new registrations / schedules for full-term 16-week classes)

September 6: College closed - Labor Day Holiday

September 7: Classes resume

September 9: 12-week (alternate term) last day to register. Deadline for payment of all tuition and fees is 5:00 PM. Students with a remaining unpaid balance are dropped for non-payment.

Spring 2022

May 23: 10-week (full term) classes begin

May 30: College closed - Memorial Day Holiday

June 27: Mid-term grade reports due

July 4: College closed - Independence Day Holiday

July 7: Last day to withdraw with a grade of “W” (7 weeks complete)

July 29: Final grades must be entered by noon

First 5-week Part-of-Term
